ALH Dental Hygiene Clinic is proud to support Markham Food Bank!

We invite our patients, friends, and community members to donate food and personal care essentials to help local families in need.

What Can You Donate?

🥫 Food Items

• Small bags of rice

• Individually wrapped school snacks

• Hot or cold cereal

• Juice and peanut butter

• Evaporated milk and canned fruit

• Canned salmon and kidney beans

• Cooking oil, pasta sauce and crackers

🧴 Personal Care Essentials

• Shampoo, conditioner and body wash

• Toothpaste and toothbrushes

• Menstrual products

Donation Guidelines

• All items must be new and unopened.

• Food items up to 12 months past their best-before date may be accepted, provided they are properly packaged and in suitable condition.

• Pasta is accepted but not currently needed.

  
  

ALH Adds $5 for Every Eligible Bag! 💚

For every donation bag containing at least two items from the list above, ALH Dental Hygiene Clinic will donate an additional $5 to support Markham Food Bank, up to a total of $500.

How to Donate

Simply choose items from the list, pack them in a bag, and drop them off at ALH Dental Hygiene Clinic during the collection period.
