Howard obtained a HBSc degree in life science from University of Toronto in 2009; 2 years after, he successfully graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in dental hygiene.  Since then, he has worked full time in various clinics around GTA.  Howard also works as a part time clinical instructor at a local dental hygiene college.  Outside of his professional life, Howard is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time with his families.

April began her dental career as a dental assistant in 2015 and earned her Dental Hygiene diploma from Oxford College in 2021, becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist in Ontario. With over a decade of experience in the dental field, she has worked in both orthodontic specialty and general dental settings, developing a broad understanding of patient care and clinical procedures.

In 2024, April founded the Chinese Dental Hygienist Association in Ontario (CDHAO) to support professional connection and growth among Chinese dental hygienists. As a co-founder of ALH Dental Hygiene Clinic, she is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their oral health journey.

Joanne began her dental career in 2017 after graduating from the Dental Assisting program at George Brown College, and later earned her Dental Hygiene diploma from Oxford College in 2021. With more than four years of experience as a dental hygienist, Joanne is dedicated in providing the best service and care to her patients. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making patients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and understood.
