Joanne Weng

Joanne began her dental career in 2017 after graduating from the Dental Assisting program at George Brown College, and later earned her Dental Hygiene diploma from Oxford College in 2021. With more than four years of experience as a dental hygienist, Joanne is dedicated in providing the best service and care to her patients. She is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making patients from diverse backgrounds feel comfortable and understood.

April Lin

Hello, I'm April, a passionate dental professional with over a decade of experience in the dental industry. I began my journey in 2021 after graduating from Oxford College, becoming a registered dental hygienist in Ontario. Since 2015, I've been working as a dental assistant, where I've honed my skills and gained in-depth knowledge of various dental procedures.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in orthodontic specialty settings and currently serve in a general dental office, allowing me to provide comprehensive care across different aspects of dentistry. My dedication to my profession and commitment to patient care have earned me a trusted reputation in the field.

In 2024, I founded the Chinese Dental Hygienist Association in Ontario (CDHAO) to create a platform for Chinese dental hygienists to connect, grow, and advance professionally. As a founder and now a proud co-owner of ALH Dental Hygiene Clinic, I am thrilled to work alongside my talented partners to deliver exceptional care and support to our community. Together, we look forward to serving you and promoting optimal oral health.

Howard Shih Hao Ma

Howard obtained a HBSc degree in life science from University of Toronto in 2009; 2 years after, he successfully graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in dental hygiene. Since then, he has worked full time in various clinics around GTA. Howard also works as a part time clinical instructor at a local dental hygiene college. Outside of his professional life, Howard is an avid sports fan, and enjoys spending time with his families.
